Our farm sits right on the edge, where the land meets the sea. We get to watch the weather coming in, feel the winds, the rain and the warmth of the sun. It is here where we create our award-winning beer.

We get to grow, brew, bottle and cask our beers which we then lay down to condition before drinking and sharing them with you.

It is a s-l-o-w process and one which we don’t feel the need to rush.

Penlon Beer isn’t just what we do, it’s where we live and that’s why we get so excited about it.

Brewed in the old milking parlour on our home farm, and bottled in one of our barns, our philosophy is to make beers we like to drink and to share them with those who appreciate real ale and to educate those who don’t.

 

For over a decade, Penlon has led the way in creating unique, sometimes challenging, always delicious traditional real ales.

Our range of ten beers are born and raised right here at our home farm, perched high above New Quay on the stunning Cardigan coastline.

For every parlour there has to be a dairy, and we decided to convert our Dairy into a Tasting Room, so that we can invite you to come and meet with us, see what we do first hand and experience our beers.

The Dairy is open for regular tastings every week during the summer.
